I'm ready. I took my mirrors and turn signals off Saturday. I love riding without mirrors.

Not sure why. I don't know them that well, they're good guys as well as riders. I believe they all have a few trackdays under there belts. The guy I met them through couldn't take Monday off of work to do it, plus we are taking off on Friday for a NESBA trackday in PA the same week. I am looking forward to meeting you guys and girls that are going up.

Keep in mind that there are still some spots available, but only on a WALK ON Basis.
Price is higher... $250... and must be in CA$H
Also, if you're riding be sure to arrive EARLY (no later than 7:30).
And finally, if you're trailering your bike, do all the PREP ahead of time.
All the info is at

If you are not riding the track, you don't pay any entry fee. Just stop at the gate and sign the standard disclaimer. Look for the NESR guys in the pits. My bike will be there, primer grey CBR600F4i

I couldn't have said better, it was best single day of riding I ever done. You haven't pushed your bike in the corners till you do take it on the track, street riding doesn't hold a candle to the track.
It was nice meeting all you NESR guys and girls, Snaggle, MattRSV, TLRman,Degsy,JC and JC's girly, can't wait to do it again.
NESBA.com holds trackdays in the Poconos on Saturdays,if you want to do one but can't take time off, 5 hour drive.
Thanks

Hey Josh,
I'd love a copy of the wheelie photo you showed me if you still have it... or just post it.
For some reason I was all pumped up about something when you first came by... I meant to come by to see you again but you know how crazy things get.
Anyway, I have an arrangement with Ken Mitchell so it's not a problem there.
(Yes, I know no wheelies are allowed... this was not intentional)
:-)
Let me know
Thanks,
Ooops... meant to say
Wheelies are NOT allowed.
Tony
how ironic.
i wish i had a camera in turn 5. Josh definitely got *one* of the best ... hmmmm. i will be good and quiet, dont want to miss out on anything when its my turn to ride.

Thanks Josh... glad you had a good time.
It definitely seemed to go smoother. There were the usual 10 things that go wrong in the morning (like an instructors bike not starting), but then things settled down.
As for the wheelies, I want to be clear that these were NEVER intentional and they were NEVER ridden down the hill purposely.
In fact, besides having my head and body as far forward as possible, I also would chop the throttle if the front came up too high.
Wheelies are NOT the key to a better lap! All they do is draw the cornerworkers attention to you. :-)
Tony
And drawing the cornerworkers attention is not a good thing...
Tony, thanks for an awesome day,and sorry again for my stupidity.
Next time I'll bring my streetbike and play nice I promise. I learn alot every time ,and my buddy Craig has become a much better rider after a few trackdays.
I'm not sure exactly which rules you broke, but thanks for owning up to them and correcting your behavior.
I try not to sweat the small stuff, but when several cornerworkers all call in the same bike... then I have to do something.
I'm not saying that was the case with you... just letting everyone know how the process works.
Overall, it was a great day and anyone that did break the rules seemed to do so more out of genuine ignorance of the rule... rather than knowingly.
Thanks again to all participants.
Tony
I have to agree with chris, that was by far the most fun I have ever had on two wheels. Thanks to everyone there, especially degs for showing me his lines( and passing me on my own bike ), and to tony for running the whole show, and allowing degs to go out with us slow guys. Thanks to chris, josh, rachel, and kevin for your help, and brent & robert for corner working. wish I had more vacation days.
