cool...I was planning taking the Strada and hitting Hurricane Mt. then circling back to the Mt. Washington Auto Road. Back to 93 on the Kanc. Maybe do some hill climbs on Loon if its still light.
....cept I can't get out of my driveway....

my ride turned out longer than I planned, got to Wolfeboro, holiday traffic was terrible, took a left and did the Kanc instead of a Winnipesaukee loop
roads, even secondary roads were decent, befinning to frost heave, the Kanc, as usual from the prevaling winds had a dusting of snow on the conway side of the high point of land the last mile up to the pass was completely snow covered, still I cought up with a cage that held me up from going faster
I spoke with several "other" riders at the gas station, I got more miles in than they did, 223 for the day

Heres a condom. I figured since youre acting like a dick, you should dress like one too.
Randy...very cool ride! I have the completely wrong tires for something like that. Literally couldnt get out of my driveway. Maybe by tomorrow there will be enough melt to chisel out a path!
What heated gear do you use? I had a Gerbing Liner and gloves for several years. The right sleeve failed somewhere along the line and no longer delivers power to the right glove. Seacoast is carrying some new heated gear and they hooked me up with a new Jacket Liner and Gloves from "Warm and Safe". Now my old Gerber gloves work and I have an spare pair to boot.
Seem pretty well made.
Was wondering what you use and what you think!

I have a Gerbings jacket liner that I've had about 5 years, gonna have to replace it soon, lotta miles, seams have frayed and been repaired several times, and Gerbings gloves I just got last month, heated grips aren't enuf for real cold, with the combo of grips & gloves, I can go out in anything
agressive tires are hard to find for some bikes, I have metzler Karoo's, continental TKC80s also come in adventure bike sizes 110/80-19F & 150/70-17R
on my SV, I used to run Pirelli MTR60-corsa's but they only come in a 120/70-17 for front and 160/60-17 rear, if you have 180 in the rear, you gotta go with Avon Extreme Rains
