Absolute props to the location of the pic! And I'd like to come check out the pose in person, but I'm too dangerous to have a plated bike. I even get in trouble on the track for being dangerous Hopefully I'll have a plated bike for next season.

Cool ride. Mine was very, very similar but the white/red color scheme, and it got a V&H 4:1 pipe after I got rear-ended @ a crosswalk on 114 in Salem, courtesy of the cars insurance company.

It was a neat bike. I rode it for a bit over a year, year round (bitch in the snow). Maybe 2 years? I know a shop that's good with older bikes like that, yes. As for parts, I found some stuff (like my exhaust) on fleabay, but the same shop can order stuff. Very reasonable rates, and they've got a bike graveyard out back, so you can often salvage used parts off old bikes out back to save a bundle depending what you need. I'll send you a PM.

This is nothing like Richie chasing all the NESR chicks. When we go to PM our PM's are replied to, something is accomplished and we're done with it.

Jim.....talking about my bike ....i went to the Mt. Washington ride(with FlynGSXR1k & grp) the previous Sunday. 400miles on the whole...rode till the summit...not a single problem

so far...ya. It started shredding after a 100miles or so after we installed it at Derek's place that evening. I just kept on increasing the tension everytime it started shredding . rode without breaking...so far...about 1000miles. But saw a lot of shredding during the white mountains ride. I guess Derek is away from home or something like that, was unable to reach him on pm or mobile.

I bought its manual and they have clearly mentioned on how to use the special tool to adjust tension. Spoke to duncanmoto, he has the tools itseems, so will go to his shop to install a new belt and give it the prescribed tension ....hoping that this one will last

it takes 16 hours to drive there, so some are leaving early to get there.

My clothes are just about dry from my ride from Burlington into Boston during that rain this morning.
