Can we just have a thread similar to this that just gets bumped every month?
It would be a lot easier than having to read new threads about the same stuff.
Drparj, thanks for stickin around through all this, it's expected given the varied and vast range of riders there is on NESR.

heheh I like this Drparj guy, he's pretty funny (in a good way).
FWIW if I had a streetbike drparj I'd come to your shindig and say hello, I'd like seeing new things and checking out different scenes. You guys should all do a group Lawtown ride up to the races one day and check out what many of us are up to. We have a race not this, but next weekend. If you ever do make it up, swing by North Garage 10 and ask for Alex 434 and say hi. Guarantee you and the crew will have fun and see some good racing.

Street bikes not needed, we have guys we ride with that have cruisers and so do other clubs, people come that don't even have bikes. Usually people we know and people they know. An excuse to party more or less.

Got another question, why don't the track oriented people start a forum for track people instead of taking over a street riding forum?

MY guess, is that some of us aren't all about blabbing about the gear we wear or how fast we are compared to some random street rider who didn't join to do a track day or race...I like the mix of people on this site minus the posts that feed egos/talk down to strangers for no apparent reason

I don't do track, some money and mostly time. I like random rides not the lines a track plans out for me. Plus I like the changing scenery souring past me. And as for gear I only laugh when I see the guy fyling buy on the highway doing a wheeling wearing glasses a t shirt and shorts.

We should just all go party in Chatbox.

You must have a lot of free time to read that much into it.
Let me define better for you.
I like the street not the track.
I like the open road, the trees, the mountains.
Not seeing the same thing for the 10th time around a track.
Not my thing. But as maybe you I won't give you shit for liking it. If its your thing then enjoy, just not mine.
That easy for ya.

I do have a lot of free time.
I like the street and the track.
I like the open road, the trees and the mountains.
I like pushing my limits without worrying about one time and volvos.
Riding and hanging out with my friends without being in a "club"
Not feeling the need to wear a vest.
I'm just saying dude, drifferent strokes, I dont agree entirely with how you do things, you dont agree entirely with the way I do things, but its all good, ride how you want.
And I will poke fun, its what I do.
