This video pisses me off because i can see how much I was holding back...plenty of opportunity to pass in the first two laps and I just don't do it.
Never-the-less, here's my downright embarrassing performance in Middleweight SuperSport:

Fast forward to the end if you want to see what it's like to get passed by the experts![]()
Well it seems like you are faster than the two guys in front of you. You closed a gap there at the end so just work on showin' em a wheel. Trust me I know, I'll follow someone around for waaay too long and get passed on the last lap by someone behind me because of it. It happened twice last weekend. The trick is to get a jackrabbit start. The start is over 1/2 the battle in a sprint race. I got 3rd in that race doing the same times as you. Oh, and was 2nd all race til the last lap, ugh.

Like I already said dude, you looked good out there to me. Get over that mishap and show me your best next round buddy!
I was just having fun, you can see the humor there...
6-10 (not including IN 6) is a hard place to pass. I've made 1 pass there, ever, and it ended with paint swapping and both of us off-track. I have issues passing there now too. In fact, I backed off on a pass there last weekend because I was thinking of last time I tried to pass there...
[QUOTE=union;1042299]Larry is getting a little harder to get around back there. Ive gotten him on the outside of 9 and the inside of 10 which he protects pretty well now.
It was easy, I just gained 20 lbs. LOL I'm too wide to pass now.

If I get the drive, I like to pass on the outside of 8. I've pulled it off a bunch of times, once on jay (that one was the toughest).
It's a total sack check and you've gotta be 100% committed to pull it off because you run out of real estate fast. I've had to check up once or twice before 9. its a good place to do it in the rain because most people aren't flah tout.
When I start my KTM in the morning, rules are broken. Its inevitable...
