My guess would be about 1999
Okay, so it's fairly old then.
What are the chances that the number on the bike might coincide with the year it was made?
Possible?
Regardless, I have a brand new vintage LRRS sweatshirt...![]()
Yea 1992. They would always put the year on the bike's numberplate. I got my first one in 1996 and it had "Mat Mladin" on the Ferracci Ducati 996 with "96" on the plate.
That thing is PIMP.

That is a sweet shirt. What size is it?

Large.
1993
Just talked with the Oracle himself
"Yes, the 92 on the plate indicates it was issued in 1992. The AMA logo only indicates that LRRS was sanctioned by the AMA, (Not the Loudon Classic) even after LRRS sancationed up with with CCS after the rift of '96. LRRS still encouraged AMA membership because of their legislative work and for the cheap ARMOR insurance.

No biggie. Laura Perry had me research it a few months back because she wanted to know which Ducati rider ran their bike into Daytona's Lake Lloyd to put out a fire (Rothman) and what year it was (1997) because that was the first year she was AMA Pit Steward.
