You can use mine. Worst comes to worst all you gotta do is a buy a new case for the thing...isn't that the point of them?

Re: 2013 Newcomers - Racers

So for penguin would it be best to be in the north garages? cause i was just gonna set up in the infield. If C-18 is available do we have to use it as a new-comer. I dont really wanna step on anybodies toes. plus if its gonna be as crowded as I think, it's gonna be hard to walk in that garage.

I'm just going by what I've heard posted here. I have no official information.
The Penguin School is run out of the North Garage. If you pit somewhere else, you may have to travel to the North Garage for some of the activities. The "infield" where people normally set up easy ups and camp, is quite a way from the North Garage (by foot, repeatedly).
You do not have to use C-18 as a noob. It is available, free of rent, for noobs. It is also near GMD Computrack, which, if you suspension isn't tuned correctly, may have the knowledge to help you out.

What is the record for the oldest guy to crash in the rookie race?
Rather than an unlimited class, I need a severely limited class :).
It is being considered, but there are a ton of things that would need to happen.

I expect that you will have plenty of space in C18.

I got way behind at work today. The price I had to pay to practice on Thursday.
I should be at the track early tomorrow. I need to get set up and through tech. See you in a bit.

It took me a while to put race numbers with faces with screen names with bikes and so on. But I think I finally got some solid shots of the couple of you that I met.
See here.

Re: 2013 Newcomers - Racers
At least you didn't crash... first practice, first lap Saturday I went for a slide, corner worker touches my tires and recommended I warm them up for the next round lol.

I did get a fairing full of bird poop heading into turn 3. Does that count as a "customization"? It was a terrific weekend and I really enjoyed meeting everyone. Thanks for the support, advice and chats. See you guys in a few weeks!! - diz
