What a long season for me. Started out at Roebling with a fried battery, two bad rectifiers, and two bad stators. The season ended at Daytona with a spark plug JB Welded into a stripped thread in the head of the motor. I had 18 race weekends, which 4 of them were at new tracks for me. I entered in 85 races, and completed 84 of them.

That's some pretty awesome stats.
I have to say, I remember when you were given a lot of shit before you started racing, Posing and chrome, silly shit really. You've stepped up and it's great to see you being able to prove you're the real deal. You did it your way and had fun at it.
Good luck in 2015.
Good shit jimmy boy. Congrats.
I'm for one very thankful having you around. You are a good time.
Also thanks for answering my questions and lete borrow tools in those new to me tracks.
Hopefully I get to do a couple new tracks with you next year.

Money is still the main obstacle. But I might be doing a career change next year too so we ll see.
Fingers crossed.
Awesome Jimmy! If it wasn't for you, I never would have got into racing. Congrats on a great season and thanks for all of your help with mine!
I went to MMI I know what Im doing here chief

Amazing season dude. Again in 2015?
I'm doing a full ASRA SuperStock and Sport Bike schedule, and probably a full LRRS schedule. If I'm not running at any championships, i'll drop LRRS. Saturday morning in round 7 at NHMS, I found out that 2nd and 3rd place amateurs get zero recognition for the season. My interest dropped and I rode 4 seconds a lap slower once I realized my 2nd and two 3rd place spots were useless.
Do you get an auto bump for winning an ASRA Amateur championship?

not sure. i'll stay yellow one more year before going expert and completely dropping down my racing
CCS does it, and LRRS is a sanctioned region of CCS. I guess It's silly of me to think that only experts should be rewarded for 2nd and 3rd place overall finishes. By round 7, i was tired, banged up, and the bike was beat. I would have rather saved $240 in entry fees than fight for an overall position in the class that means nothing as far as the banquet is concerned.
Grats jimmy.
I don't think I've seen anybody work as hard as you have to get where you are.
How you've been able to afford to run like that this season is 100% beyond comprehension to me.
Good luck next year.

Close your eyes, look deep in your soul, step outside yourself and let your mind go.
Good job Jim! That's quite a record, even more impressive that that national title is the 99% of races entered you finished. Long way from putting GSXR shaped holes in the track fences
I guess I don't share the same motivation you do, my rewards are having fun and hopefully beating the guy I lined up with, not a plastic trophy. I've raced outside LRRS, and I guess I don't get where some people get the disdain for the org... its a little track tucked up in NH, this isn't socal or the heart of the motorcycle racing "scene" by any means. I get bagging on the ownership/management of the track, they seem to prioritize NASCAR so far above anything else that bike racing "safety" is given enough attention to avoid a lawsuit and that's about it, but I don't get bagging on the club. So what's the deal? What does Jim need to compete for first in the race he is actually in at the time?
Mark I don't understand your comment at all..?
#1 obstacle about racing other tracks distance.
It took me 12. Hours of driving to jersey and back. That's an extra day off from work. That's an extra $200 in gas.
I don't even want to begin discussing what Daytina cost me.
Glad Jimmy Boy was able to do it though.
