That's a scary bad precedent.
Typical for Italy, racing deaths seem to require an investigation to determine culpability. Years after Ayrton Senna's death in F1 they were still looking to prosecute his race team for mechanical negligence.

Thats sad. However, I tend to agree in a case like that, throw the red flag, especially with him laying in the track. However, the doctor said he wasnt breathing and they needed a respirator in the ambulance. As for dropping him, I cant imagine walking through that much gravel is easy. I dont blame the guy, it was a sad accident on top of the accident. But to charge racers, ridiculous.
