This year is going to be fun.... Gary where do you live?? I am in Coventry RI, sometimes....I will be on the road for most of the rest of the year.. We should hook up. "Monday's trackday was just the icing on the cake. I originally started out riding on the Motard bike, as I figured the SuperBike would scare most of the inexperienced riders, but after an incident where two other motard riders were dicing (which isn't permitted) and I was blamed for it, I decided to take the 'BIG' bike out. After all, in order to dice with me, you need to catch or pass me and that is something nobody on the track that day was going to do if I was riding the Big Suzuki.

It really was a pleasure out there. Even though the track was saturated with unlearned riders, I was having no problems going around them, getting into the corners real deep, and driving out real hard. It actually was a learning experience to see how deep I could go into a corner and how hot. Laptimers were not permitted but I feel comfortable saying that I was doing consistent :19s and possible even throwing down a 18 here or there. Each session I would go out, I would do about 15-20 laps and come in after I lapped the backmarker twice. That was my signal to pit in."

We were at the race track, and I was talking to someone when he came up and spewed forth some dribble. I looked at him and politely told him to "...shut the fuck up already, I'm not talking to you..." The look on his face was priceless!!! Ah, the fun...

First of all, glad to see ya made it. I just wanna say that the reason I reacted the way I did was, I just had found a racebike and I was finally goin racing. I was amped about the whole thing. The way I took it was that you were talkin down to me, and it was like you were judging me without knowing who I was or how I ride.

Now, as far as Derrick timeing me. You're right, it doesn't really matter. I know I was goin quite a bit faster when he wasn't behind me, but that doesn't really matter either. Just out of curiousity, why would you say I couldn't have been goin that quick, if you weren't even there? It seems like you took offense to me saying that I would shoot for your best time.

I just wanna say this, I have total confidence in my ability to ride a motorcycle fast. I'm confident that I will adapt quickly to racing, and goin fast on a bike that I'm not afraid of "crashing".
As far as me setting realistic and obtainable goals. I have a few: 1. Win races in the ametuare class 2. get enough points to move up to junior in 10 races 3. rookie of the year.

Now, as far as this name calling and shit. You don't like me and I don't like you(fact), let's just leave it at that... I won't fuck with you, just let it be, otherwise, this could get ugly. and I really would like to avoid that.

I have the solution to all this. We'll treat this like a hockey game. You guys add me to the team even though I can't skate for shit and just send me in off the bench whenever some hammerhead needs a crack upside the head. Those of you that have net me may think I'd fit the enforcer role nicely.
