Interesting to see NGM picking up Bradl for next season. LCR must not have much hope in his abilities to break through, especially after his tough season to this point in time. I'm curious to see if LCR decides to buy out Crutchlow's Ducati contract in order to allow him to move over to LCR. Crutchlow is not a good fit for Ducati and I see him being successful on a Honda. Let Silly Season begin

Word is, Crutchlow will remain on the Ducati for the rest of the season. We all knew that was a bad move from the start.
I like Bradl and am kind of surprised he got pushed out. But it also makes sense.
And then there is Nicky. Will Dorna be ok with no Americans in MotoGP with 2 races here?

It probably came down to crutchlow had nowhere to go and ducati had an offer, i would had taken it too just to stay in the game
Bradl is a great rider though, hate to see him dowgrading he deserves a good factory ride

I think Beaubier should be the on who had gone to Moto2 instead of Herrin

This is why I think they will keep Nicky if they can. Guess I am preparing myself for either outcome. But if he can pull a Colin, he can eekk out a few more years.
Herrin is not performing well. He is signed through 2015, but is it definite he will be riding? I read somewhere before the last event or so that his boss basically said he needed to step it up.

Worked hard to get Cam a ride in Moto2 for this year. Went to Europe last May with the express purpose of meeting with the top Moto2 teams. They weren't interested unless I brought 1,000,000 Euro with me (enough to fund the entire bike for the year). AMA riders are shit, their skill level is shit, they would show up here and do shit. Blah blah. So that wasn't happening. Cam got a good paying offer to stay in the USA riding for a factory team so he took that rather ride a shit bike for a shit team making no money in Moto2. Remember Cam's already done the 125GP thing and was Marc Marquez's teammate back then. He knows that if you ride for a team that doesn't have your back 100% you won't succeed.
Josh H. is a great kid and I have nothing but nice things to say about him. As Paul said though, it is a very big culture shock and if you don't have the right support system around you (team, personal people, etc) it becomes really easy to get overwhelmed. He has the ability to ride at that level but the other things seem to be affecting him it seems.
I absolutely love working in the GP paddock and there are many great people there but at the same time it is fucking RUTHLESS. AMA paddock is NOTHING like GP paddock. All the different cultures swarming around, thousands of people working (it's like a mini-city), the money being spent. It's a shark den and if you don't have your walls up and strong you can get distracted easily. For instance team mechanics have been known to try and fuck the g/fs of rival team riders, just to mess with the rival riders head. It's like a fun game to them. And that's a obvious and bold example. Think Game of Thrones. It's equally wonderful and ruthless at the same time.
Colin's retiring. Nicky has a potential career ending injury. Herrin is struggling. Next year could be very bleak for American racers and fans in GP. If only someone had a plan on how to fix this.

Your last sentence. Someone does have a plan and you know it just as well as I.
