And didn't the racers run the opposite way with a quick left and hairpin to the right at the end of the grandstand where many tossed their ride..

Nice post. The pond. The water crossing the track from behind the pit wall. The shower was a garden hose sticking thru the fence. The wooden bleachers. The parking lot full of bikes was awesome.
