They took the lead and selenoid wire from my RV for copper value. What a pain in the ass. Now I have to find one and install it.
NASCAR weekend sux.

Sorry to hear about that. I think copper is somewhere around $3 a pound now so it's no surprise that someone would steal it. I've had copper stolen off job sites when it was under $1 a pound. One of the jobs I am doing right now has security guards passing by all night just because we have close to a thousand pounds of copper sitting on the ground right now.

Thieves target catalytic converters
I work in Hudson, NH. We've had converters sawzalled out of vehicles in broad daylight while they were parked in an open parking lot. First one was a jeep grand cherokee and the second was a suburban. In each instance it was between 1pm and 5pm. A few cars over at the Nashua Telegraph were hit that same day.

Wow, reminds me of when my gramps was alive and used to strip copper out of donated items for cash, only illegal. We used to call his basement the Copper Shop when he was around.
$3/lb, hmmmm, I should look around as I have a ton at my place....wait....no I don't, NO COPPER HERE, JUST KEEP MOVING.
Sucks to hear man, having shit stolen sucks. They had a story on the news last night about boats being drained of diesel
We got her back to running Sunday morning.
Thanks to KB and Superbike Mike for doing the ground grunt work!
It was a big disappointment, my son really likes staying at the track. Next time I'm arriving with an extra cable.

She done us very well, Dan. Very well indeed. Glad to keep it in the family. Funny, just Saturday we were talking about how much we missed 'er...
I didn't get your messages 'til after you sorted it out. Glad to hear you got 'er up & running, but entirely pissed off someone's stealing shit outta campers while they're parked there. I'm surprised they didn't pull out all the (copper) gas lines too...
Did you grit your teeth and try to look like Clint Fuckin' Eastwood?
Or did you lisp it all hangfisted like a fuckin' flower?
i was gonna park back there to make a point to betty bitch face but then got back there and thought of your little incident. i can only imagine how much wire is on the bus. i took her up the street instead.
When I start my KTM in the morning, rules are broken. Its inevitable...

where the heck do you live? Tijuana? Did you make sure you still have both kidneys?
but seriously, that sucks. i suggest planting some wires in the near future for probable theft, except leaving them hooked to a car battery. ZZZAP
