This weekend marks the first race weekend for NESR Racing for 2003. I just want to remind people of a few things.
1. Please behave in a responsible manner at all times around our pit area and anywhere within the NHIS compound.
2. Be aware that there will be plenty of rookies around, and people will not have their race heads on. Bikes could be speeding around the pit areas so be careful.
3. Racers, it will be raining some/most of the weekend. Don't even try to race if you don't have wets on the bike. If you race in the wet with DOT tires, just cruise around for the points, don't try to race, you WILL crash, no doubt.
4. We will have a few 'visitors' around the pit area. Most will not announce their presence but will be watching us closely. be aware of this with what you say and how you behave, as we have a few plans in the air that we don't want to screw up by giving a bad impression.
5. Have fun in the rain. There is a very very slight chance I won't be able to make it up there (personal reasons). If I don't show, sorry. I promise to be there next time.
See you all there.
Derek

j/k manNah, just crashed twice in 1 race in the rain, WITH rain tires. You get no warning of a slide in the rain, just up one minute, sliding on your ass the next.
