I'm with Brett so far, if I get within a second of race time in practice it's a miracle, often I'm a few seconds off. My best laps of the weekend are usually the last few of GTL, when I'm exhausted and feel like I'm barely hanging on for the finish.

Accel off the apex is something I need to work on. I think I just got it right, or at least better, that time. He has seen the video and never said anything, he may have made a mistake hard to say. He knew I was right there, he looked back a couple times before I passed him. He got me back for it the next weekend.

I was just say that for some reason, some times, I'm more comfortable in practice and do faster lap times.

I definitely agree with you about TD's and that you should not racing at them. That why I started racing, I notice I was getting competitive at TD's.

And maybe its only a joke but "life sucking with a hangover" at TD's? I'm guessing you're an instructor. That less smart the fast time in race practice.

My rant wasn't at anyone in particular. I usually bring it up at the begging of the year. Sometimes at the start of the season, folks get a bit silly and get crash happy. It was more of a PSA.
Plus, we do like our coffee in the morning. Gets cold if your shagging bikes and riders every few minutes

Somebody hungover during my gig? Musta been from the VRG's wine and cheese party. Paul, you gotta bring these things to my attention
