Here's a really shitty POV video I took during the last BostonMoto trackday. It was the second half of the day and I didn't feel like readjusting the cam and going back out with it on. It's mounted on the left side of my helmet. It looks better in the corners when I'm not in a fulltuck....
Only reason I posted it up was so Richie and some of the other motard guys stuck around the mid-25'ish area can see and hear what a high 22 / low 23 looks and sounds like. It's about 2.5-3 seconds off my racepace (low 20's / high 19's)
Maybe you'll find something useful out of it.

I've never seen the track when it's dry like that in person...must be nice. This makes me consider getting a motard to race rather than an SV for next year...
damn blocked youtube....
I'm really curious to see how quick I can go on mine... I really have no idea
I'm comin for you fuckers![]()

Maybe, I'm going to build up the bike in January/February/March so I'm sure you guys are going to be big assets. I want to race economically, but I have not done a lot of dirty riding so I don't know if I'll take to the motard well. But damn they look a lot of fun.
I'm thinking a Honda CRF450R all done up real nice might suit me well![]()
That's what I wanted to hear!! I hate to say it but I can't wait for winter to come fast enough, I'm so excited about doing my first bike build, and then racing it next year!
Just need to try and not make any enemies in these debate threads so when I need puttin stuff together I don't get a big f-u.![]()
I have ridden a dirt bike twice in my life... I took a tard out and was going pretty good on it within a couple laps at a track day. We'll see how I do on my new one.
Another thing.... you said economically... if that's a concern you don't want to build your own. Buy one already tarded. Parts are several thousand dollars in addition to the cost of the bike itself.
