    My first thought is why did it take almost 2 years to surface? Did they uncover it in the investigation just now, or did they sit on it until just before the trial (Coming in September).

    My second thought, knowing that they guy is denying that it was intentional, is what the heck is his defense going to be "Yah, your honor, I was reaching for his kill switch, you know..as a joke...and gosh....I musta missed and tapped his brake lever by mistake. Guess the joke's on me, huh?" *prison doors slam*

    Judging by his "oh fuck" reaction, it doesn't appear to me like he expected the other rider to crash like that.
