Hi, if all goes well I plan on doing some track days next year, in hopes of entering the rookie class in the LRRS in 2005.
I decided instead of getting a liter bike for the street that Im gonna keep my 600 and get a track bike.
I've narrowed my choices down to either a 99-02 SV650S or a 99-02 R6.
I really like the SV for the $$$ reasons, but I heard the suspension is non adjustable. Would the R6 be a better bike for my needs?
thanks for any help

SV.
runs in classes other than all the Hayden wanna be's.
SV's crash better and can run in better races and are easier on tires.... Which means less money

Richard Doucette (a.k.a. Elvis) runs a SV650 in LW Supersport and LW Superbike and is scary fast on it. I think he does 1:16s. I'm not trying to sway you to either bike...that's just a general observation...
