Where can I find the rule book for flat track racing?
CCS #31
For what organization?
2021 KTM Duke 890 R
2020 BMW R1250GS Adventure Exclusive
1982 Honda CB750F Super Sport
WVRC doesn't seem to have much in the way of "rules," in the same way LRRS or CCS racing does. They have a very light on info list of classes, found here: NE Dirt Track Series Classes
If you're asking for some other organization, I don't know. My guess is that most of the flat track clubs are pretty similar...loose.

I know absolutely 0 about it. Don't even know any organizations. Just caught my interest and wanted to learn about. I'm on my phone and haven't checked the link yet, will when I get home, but was just wondering if the had something equivalent to the CCS rule book with bikes, track where they race at, etc

My local places rule book is here: VDTRA
I can't wait to get my xr 100r back on that track.

Yeah, there wasn't really any useful resource like that that I was ever able to find...but it didn't matter. Check their schedule, show up at one of their family fun days(open practice) and rent a bike. Cheap to try, and you can decide if you enjoy it, and get first hand info there.
