    Harry's GPS lap timer

Anyone using this? Perhaps with one of the external GPS modules for better resolution?

    Re: Harry's GPS lap timer

I've never heard of a Harry's lap timer, but I've had great results with the Qstarz lap timer I got from Mad Monkey Motorsports and our very own Loudog. It has more ways to analyze data than I can comprehend!

I tested it 3 or 4 years back....fould it to be inaccurate for lap times and hard to use.

    Re: Harry's GPS lap timer

I have been using & selling gps qstar's for 2yrs now. The newest LT-Q600 has a screen that you can see your lap times live on. There older unit the BT-Q1000ex has no screen you must put in to your cpu to get the data. One both units once info is loaded on your cpu they will show you laptimes, times from corner to corner (splits), takes all your best corners from that session & tells you what your best laptime could be if they where all done on the same lap, many other functions. I have found it to be a great tool to find that extra second. There are a few videos on you tube as well for more info

Does it do split times? I want something I can use in the race car and the race bike.
