Shipping a bike isnt that bad at all. You gotta use forward air or another similar service usually will cost you 300 - 600 depending on the size. I have a friend who worked with car engines and it costs him four something to ship a chevy 350 motor. Roughly the same size and weight as a bike once crated.
Ok, Your dibs. FYI, I have contacted the seller as a precaution. I will back off and let you go at it. (You may have saved my marriage)
Let me know if I can help with the shipping arrangements. I may know of someone who comes up form Georgia quite often.

Shipping a bike isn't bad. I shipped a duc from Colorado to CT for about 450$.
They should call Production Twins what it really is, Shitty McBikefest. Rules for Participation: If your bike runs lower laptimes than a lawnmower, you are not eligibile for Shitty McBikefest. -Darrell

I shipped my Hawk from Cali for about $500, that was a while ago though, so the price may have changed. Easy though, just go to the nearest forward air hub(chelsea, MA for me) when it arrives, open the big crate, load it onto your trailer and go! It was simpler than I expected. DOOO IIITTT!!!!!!!!
OOOOHHHHHH another monster HAWK. I think there is enough information here to help out ...![]()

That's a nice bike.
Boston --> San Diego
So I take it We are in Agreement That this is a Fair price for the Bike,(provided it is Sound and in the stated condition)? The guy is Dealing with a Local Buyer first (who is supposed to be moving a dirtbike today to buy this) Then I am Next in line. The best quote I got for shipping is $600 and it is Impossible to get for the classic Weekend.
Anybody Know of a cheaper Faster way to get it Here From Atlanta.
So I am Looking at 3100.00 Delivered?
If I pass The Guy Confirmed Doc is next on the List.
If I can confirm faster shipping you can use it. I am puting out feelers.Will know more later today.

Well... If he doesn't ride like Scott he shouldn't crash too much on an "underpowered" Hawk.![]()
