How would they go about doing a check to see if any mods were done?

thats what i feared.... as in like open up the motor at tech? wouldn't that make it hard to get the bike ready for racing in time if you didn't make any mods.

You don't have to open up the motor to cc the heads, ya do it through the spark plug hole.Originally posted by oreo_n2

the engine over by hand...
But it's kinda difficult to really check if you took only .005 or .010 thousanths off the heads that way

Yeah, but that's how they check for diaplacement at the track so that's all that's relevent to us, right? I mean, they don't check for ..erm..er.. "de-burring" in club racing, do they?
