Just to put my 2 cents in, my 03 CRF motor is bone stock, from the factory, as it came of the floor, never been touched. It's been a motard since day one. If you take care of them, they stay together. I think I am going to do some "stuff" to it though cause the damn KTM 560 is faster.

Jeff, Mike.. both rather rapid motard racers and both doing little to zero engine work with long lasting results.
