Lap Timers

Looking for any advice / opinions on buying a lap timer. I dont need anything too fancy, just something reliable and easy to use. Any particular brands better than others? Thanks

Look for a used one on WERA.... look for the XT minilap, should be cheap. The XT ultralap has some more features as well as the AIM timer. Those two have receivers separate from the unit ocnnected by a wire to aid in placement of both in optimal positions.

Note, the mini lap timer doesnt have its own thing. It needs a clear line of sight to where the beacon will be. I have it, and it works well. I just cant find a good spot on my dirtybike to mount where I can see it, and give it a clear line of sight. But it worked perfectly on the EX500.
