The Loudon 200 team challenge

This race is on Friday @ 2:30.
100 Laps.
There are 2 practice sessions scheduled.
So far this is what I have for team members and duties.

Wrenches: Ryan, Gordon.

Timing: Will(Maybe),Chris, Sara.

Fueling: Spence, Rider getting off.

Fire: Chris, Adam.

Riders: Derek, Gerard, Mike, Pete.

Bike: Mike's GSXR 750.


Questions I still have.
Is everyone cool with their duties?
What do we have for spares for Mike's bike?
Will we have a spare bike in the hot pit or just parts?
Do we have a fire extinguisher?

Things to remember:
Everyone needs to wear a long sleeve shirt.
There is no speed limit on pit road. Watch out for bikes!
Riders must be off the bike to refuel.
It is $65 to get in for the weekend! $25 for Friday only.
They really soak you for the nationals.

A few questions:

- What time do we need to be there on Friday to set up, etc? Anyone know when practice starts ?

- On a related topic, what about Saturday & Sunday? I have seen in different posts that some of you are thinking of racing Saturday and/or Sunday. What do we need for pit crews? I have the tents at my house, and know that one needs to go to Jay's house for Stonnerstock. I assume that the other big tent will be adequate for weekend pit usage. Do we set up the pit area Thursday evening or Friday morning?

I will be there with one big tent and the ez-up tent Thursday at about 6:00pm. If you need the tent there earlier, let me know and I will arrange to have Kristin drop it off before then.

I guess the plan is to:

- Set up the big tent Thursday evening in our normal spot for anyone racing on Saturday and/or Sunday. Still not sure who plans to race Sat/Sun.

- Set up the ez-up in the pit lane area if we are allowed to Thursday night. If not, we can have it all ready to go Friday morning. I'm taking Friday off from work and will be at the track to help with morning practice if anyone plans to do the practice. So...is anyone doing the 8am or noon practice for the endurance race?

Anyone available to be there Thursday 6pm to help me with the tent assembly ?

Degs...what's the scoop with the realtime electronic scoring you mentioned? Where do we connect the laptop? Any special software needed, or is the laptop just acting as a dumb display device? This sounds intriguing...
