Anyone know if there is an age limit for the Pegiun racing school?

My oldest son is 14 and I wanted to get him started.

I know at 14 you can race motards, 125s, and production twins. And since you'd need a license to do that, he must be able to take penguin. I know you need to sign a consent form for minors though.
