New Infield pass prices for 2009
Weekend adult infield are still $25 for the entire weekend. We will also have Sunday only adult infield passes for $15. We will no longer have one-day grandstand passes available.
We will have a Junior infield pass available for children ages 12 through 16. This will be $10 for the weekend and $5 for Sunday only. As always children 11 and younger are free.
I would have liked to see the stipulation that children must be accompanied by adults.
It's all water under the bridge, and we do enter the next round-robin. Am I wrong?

Wife and I have been going to the Grandstand for years, $20 for the 2 of us. Oh well guess I'll have to use the old saying, all good things must come to an end.
Not to dis you racers/pit people but we prefer to watch from the stands and will probably not go very much. I kinda had a feeling the new owners would kabash this sweet deal eventually. Not enough fans to make it worthwhile.
Of course Zero marketing to the public probably never helped. If they ever advertised you could watch great racing all PM for $10 bucks they may have done better. We just knew about the cup races from being old AMA fans and living in the area.

once AMA left it was down hill fast. Even FUSA attendance was nothing compared to AMA.
Not bashing anyone that races, just sucks so many people lost interest since AMA left. I still love seeing bike races in person, regardless. So much better than watching on TV. I gotta get over there again, been slacking the last few years.
I'll be bringing my 15 year old niece for her first race weekend in a few weeks. Noel, so help me god...

I'm just kidding. I was mad once when I heard of a rider leaving a child unsupervised in the garage area while they were out on track.
I'm the protective parent in our family.
I believe my 5 year old is well supervised, well mannered, and highly supervised, but we've seen others that aren't.

Thanks for the info. It may not seem much to some but on our tight budget $30 for the wife and I will probably have to be spent on bills. $20 was reasonable especially since there were no amenities in the stands. They'd open a couple bathrooms and security would waltz thru now and then.
We got lots of people to come and see races for the 1st time because everyone could come up with the $10 spot. Now it's like everything else, our income stays flat and costs go up.
(sorry for the venting boys)
