Hey Everyone one, the last time I talked about going racing it was in the thread "Ready to Race," I just wanted say I listen to everyone's advice . . .but I still went out racing. I had the best time of my life!!!
Well the first weekend I went out and did Penguin, pasted Peguin did the rookie race and signed up for my first race with DDK EX500, I did all right. I came in last, my fastest time was 1:44.
Sunday: I went out and did another race one 6 Fingured man hawk, I Love the bike!!! I didn't do so well in the race though. I did my warm up lap, then first lap in completely forgot I was racing a bunch of racers with tire warmer. I came flying into 3, came into the turn, and just tires came right out from under me.I think anyone else could come out of that turn alive but lack of skill and experience, I just crashed.
I owe 6 alot of money and time to get that bike back in shape to race. But all and all I had a Great TIME!! I love crashing . . .
Round 2
Sat: This week my hawk was done, I was pretty excited to get that thing out on the track. Did my first practice, fastest lap 1:40. Second practice, was around the same. Just working on lines and following 6 around. Signed up for my first race ULSB. fastest lap was 1:38.
Sunday: I crashed coming into 6. Cold tiresGot the bike fixed for the GTL. I loved that race!!! Except seeing that racer crash in 11. I hope he's O.K. Fastest lap was a 1:36:064.
Had enough money to sign up for another race, LW race. did pretty well, kept with the pack, I passed a guy in 3 for the first time ever. Had know idea how to pass someone, all I just knew was that I was faster than that guy. My fastest lap was a 1:33.
I had a Great WEEKEND and can not wait to get back up there and RACE AGAIN!!!
I am hoping next week, I can get into the high 20's.
Thank you to everyone who helped me out at the track. especially with my line thru 1, 1a and 2.

Great work kid! You improved HUGE this weekend! Get whoever helped you through 1a to help me- your line & body position through there is better than mine. I watched you from the wooden platform in 1a through there, your improvement over the course of the weekend was no joke.
Speaking of no joke, 33's your second weekend with no TD's, and no experience at all on a street bike before you showed up at Penguin is no joke either. Rock on!
P.S. - High 29'sI was thinking of it the same way you were when I first started, and caught a ration of shit for it

HAha, ya. Funniest thing happened. My mom came out to watch me. And when I came back to the pits, she knew I fell because of cold tires. She freaked out and said "I am too scared for you to keep falling on cold tires, I am buying you tire warmer right now!!!" So thank you MOM, she just saved me $400. They really helped me going into my last two races.

I am stoked about the 27's, but I know my body position is terrible. Yours is great through that section, and I'm leaving time out there. It's not even that I don't know the line, it's that I can't flick the bike worth a damn with my poor body positioning. I'll get it.
This thread is about you. 33's your second weekend with no experience! Kick Ass!![]()
Wow! Nice Mom! Is she hot?:

Hey Eboos, Thank you! It was great meeting you too!! I hope to see you around next race weekend.
Haha literally have him get a run for his money. He is pretty stoked about winning that money. But I need to be at least 10 secs faster to catch up and snatch his money, and then give it back for rent.![]()

I didn't do any TD's before I started racing either and it turned out ok for me.
Come to think of it, I don't think preteen did either.
Me neither. I did not even know about them.
Ha sorry about that, getting ready for work, completely forgot what time it was. . . oopps![]()
