    Motard Guys Damper?

Do I need a damper? for loudon. I used one on my 600 and my SV(wich I think was not really needed) Did not have one on my Hawk and it was fine and reminded me to loosen my grip in t7. A little wiggle does not phase me much at all.

Bike is an 06 KTM 450 SMR with 14mm offset.

I don't have one. I get the normal wiggle in T7 but no different than any other bike.

You do have to pay a little more attention as you have HUGE motocross bars that provide way more leverage than normal roadracing setup. But wasn't anything freaky once I figured it out.

In other words they are more sensitive to inputs than a sportbike thus making the loose grip more critical.

I've run with and without one on my bike. I didn't really like having the damper, as I still got about the same shake as without. Just tighten your steering stem. Cheap, easy friction damper.

No need for the dam pen er. Ha more like damper. But yeah no need for it. if it chatters or shakes just get on the gas more, or lean over the tank some more. As Kates says 2 chirps is good 3 your close and from there your fucked.
