Last year I had payed for the Penguin racing school to be taken on the first date of the season. Well, life got in the way and I did not attend and unfortunately do not see myself being able to do it anywhere in the near future. Does anyone know if the already-paid tuition is transferrable, i.e. if I were to sell my spot?
