Just got back from the hand specialist. More forms signed, more x-rays taken & more appointments made. Surgery is scheduled for Monday morning, 9:30am. Gonna throw in a couple pins, some screws & a plate or two in there. Recovery time is another 6-8 weeks. The Loudon Classic is in just under 6 weeks from now so I'm expecting to be back racing during the July 21st-22nd race weekend, but I'll come up & see you guys before then.

not bad, i just got in from the ortho. he described the elbow as needing 2 screws and what sounded like the medical equivilant of saftey wire. good news is i'll have full use almost imediatly and no cast... might make it back for the classic weekend. i'll find out tommorow when my surgery will be, probably early next week.

i'm thinking i might come up an watch the may races, we'll see.

I've been taking the little yellow percs this week because my back has been pretty sore and I can't sleep. Those little ones pack a big punch! 20mg. No beers needed just one pill and your pain goes away for hours. Tell the doc to give ya a stronger dose.

oh man... i wouldnt mind a couple of those. I've been taking 5/325mg or 7.5/325mg of Oxycodone, Percoset or whatever it is, 1 or 2 at a time.
