Yeah that was a fun night. I did a TTD on thursday, Penguin friday and then raced sat and sunday. LONG first weekend.

in all honesty though, you looked a bit uncomfortable on the bike, but it is a new bike to you so once you settle into it i think you will be fine, if you can tighten up the rear it might help too, you were dragging plastic all day through turn 10 on Saturday.

The suspension is going to Kates for whatever the fuck he does to it for fat people.

Yeah turn 6 was fun. Sideways through the gravel to touch the air fence and then down I went.
How did that look? Motocross style sideways slide!!!

I was having problems with the shifter I went into the bowl downshifted and he gearbox hit a false neutral started to make a racket like there was marbles in the gear box. I pulled in the clutch jammed on the brakes and went through the grass into the gravel. Fun ride!!

I have to stop reading this post.....it hurts too much to laugh right now with my injuries...Oh man, I can't wait to come back and hang out at the end of May.
I'll take plenty of pics for ya KB and help coach ya into a SuperSport racer from a Motard racer.
See if you know of anyone that will let you borrow a camcorder type of camera for me to use. You can learn alot from that kind of footage as we do in TTD events.
You'll get there....just break those bad habits from Motarding

From your gearbox issues it sounds to me like you're using too much engine brake on the bikes. I've hit false nuetrals or missed gears before and sicne all the braking is done with the brakes, it hasn't been a huge problem just rippping the clutch in. Something to think about. And the only picture i have of AM 889 is in his tighty whiteys with morning wood in the RV.
