yeah, I was owed $175 in 2007. Never received a penny.
Hopefully this program will run much smoother

The contingency program already seems to be greatly improved. Last year it took me literally 10 different phone calls to get nowhere for an answer. I spent hours trying to make sure all of our riders received contingency! We even accepted contingency $ (that we couldn't cash) on good faith from riders just to do the right thing.

This year, I called the contingency contact # I was given and was greated to the sound of a voice of a very helpful young lady. Everything was confirmed and set up in minutes. I really believe the program has taken a turn for the better and everyone will be taken care of appropriately.

This is a good thing that they are making this extra effort. Looks like its just going to be up to you guys to sign-up properly, get the req'd entrants in the race and win the races...

No problems on my end. I get everything I need all at 1 location. If I need something in a pinch they have gone out of their way to help me out.

This is a PIRELLI announcement thread, not a thread discussing the qualities of your vendor of choice. Miles and co. have always treated me well throughout my racing career, and we at Boston Moto aim to offer the highest level of customer service possible.

Pardon me, but this is the pit area and the discussions are on topic with tires and contingency. As far as i know this forum is not dedicated to your business.
