Any way we can get a strip of dirt through the center of the bowl for the sumo race in June? Dirt would be a million times better than grass, especially with some talent coming, it might encourage them to come back next year.

That was my next question. I heard it might be a different configuration. Any ideas on the layout?

I gave all my GoPro to Alex last winter for them to use while designing a course side by side with SMEC. Im sure what ever they come up with will be pretty sick. The SMEC guys know what and how to build a proper dirt section so hopefully we are not dodging soccer ball size boulders this year. Cant wait to see what they come up with
Does anybody know if the lrrs racers will have to qualify or is that just for smec?

Am I reading this right?
It will be the smec 2 races and 1 lrrs motard races?
I thought it was the same race, but smec has there own points etc so they have to qualify. Pretty sure lrrs will just go towards lrrs points, but wasn't sure if we had to do qualifying as well. I'm going to say we do for gridding purposes.

schedule says:
Race 1 SMEC 2&3 final
Race 2 Motard LRRS EX&AM
Race 3 SMEC 1 Moto
that really sounds like 3 motard races to me. But my english is pretty bad anyways so idk
Sam got space in the RV for the classic?

SMEC has their own qualifying and so does LRRS for the Classic Motard Race. We did it last year but it was wet and only a few went out for qualifying and the rest were gridded per entry first come first serve.
If a LRRS racer wants to run the SMEC round (and im not sure on this) I would imagine you would have to qualify with them and hold a AMA license or have enough points as a CCS Expert. Eric chime in please....
I might be in the lrrs motard AM
