As many of you may have noticed, I was sportin a new cow for the last race weekend.
Well, as it turns out, club racers with a valid LRRS/USCRA/CCS/WERA license get a considerable racer discount through the Dainese d-store. 30%.
So if you're in the market for new leathers, boots, gloves, helmet, etc, PM -jro- for full details. She'll hook you UUUUUUUP!

Wait, does this make you a D-bag now?
Sorry, couldn't resist! Now, back to shopping for boots and gloves...![]()

Yowsa! 30% is serious. I was leaning towards Dainese anyway, but this pretty much seals the deal.
im def in the market for a new suit, but i have no idea what size i would even wear. i think im doomed to wear 2 pc suits since no one carries 1 pc in stock to try on.
When I start my KTM in the morning, rules are broken. Its inevitable...

Try heading to Seacoast? They've got a pretty good inventory of suits.
Support them if you can.

So... for road racing what do people suggest out of the Dainese line for boots and gloves?
How do Dainese's fit compared to A*? Does this apply to the D-air also?

A* may run a bit bigger than Dainese, that has been my experience so far comparing jackets at least.
The D-air is still not available in the USA, Europe only. If it does become available in the USA it will not be able to be discounted because the D-Air requires custom fitment and there are never discounts on custom fitments.

Oreo, is that the red line you are wearing? And if so how do you like the over the boot bottoms as opposed to traditional?
Dainese seem to run on the skinny side...
I think that was a 50 and I take a 46 in Joe Rocket. Friggin BEAUTIFUL leathers!

I have had 4 Dainese suits and love them. They have endured many a ride on the Loudon Fun Slide. But I would STRONGLY suggest getting a suit with plastic or titanium EXTERNAL shoulder protection. Seems every time I lowside I rip the shoulder leather open and have to get that repaired. I would say they run a bit small compared to their sizing charts, so definately find a retailer where you can try them on first.

Yup, that's the Redline suit. But I have Alpinestar boots, so I wear the my leathers inside the boot.
Most, if not all Dainese suits (correct me if I'm wrong, Jen) give you the OPTION of going inside or outside the boot. But it's the kind of boot you buy that determines which way you go.

^^ correct, all suits can go either way. Really the only way you can go in-boot is with the Dainese specific in-boots, I have yet to see another pair that can do so. Any other brand you're on the outside.
