I am still fairly new to the riding scene (only about 2 years in), but my girlfriend and I would really like to watch some local racing, we know theres a track in New Hampshire, but can't find any info for just watching, anyone know what the prices are to come up and watch?, when the good practice or race times are?, and if it's cool to walk around the pit areas like at the drag races and check out everyones bikes, (we do this at car races but don't know if it's appropriate @ a bike race, just wanna check so we don't seem suspicious), any info would be greatly appreciated. - bryan
there will be a post sometime tomorrow by either me or TLRman about meeting up and riding up to the races this saturday...i'll be spectating and it'll be my frist time at the track so...i can't really give you any more info on that lol
Id like to come up and watch sometime too, maybe even work a track day? How do I get involved in that?

LaRNZ, thanks for the schedule! i went to the website though and couldn't find any info on what it costs for a ticket to watch, or if spectators are allowed to see the pit areas?
I believe if you just want to go in the grandstands is 10 bucks? Or maybe free? I dont know 100%. But if you want to go into the pits its 25 bucks, which sucks royally. The other option is if you know anyone that races, and want to go up sunday, some of the vendors have discount coupons available so pit passes are like 10 bucks. But thats only on sunday and you need the coupon.
As for looking suspicious, most riders hang out near their bikes, at least say hi and talk to them a bit other than that, its great having people come out and watch, its exciting.
Stop by Zip Tie Alley and introduce yourself (look for garage with the crooked banner with yellow duct tape.![]()
Supa Motarded! If you see me backin it in, keep watching...Im about to crash

i'd recomend just paying the $25 for the infield passes. you can walk around the bikes and talk to the racers, plus one of the best viewing area is in turn 3 in the infield.
racing starts at 12. there is a resturant in the infield but i'd recomend packing a lunch and some drinks. it gets hot and there is little shade.
That is worth the price of admission.
Come hang out with everyone in the pits. We will even let you sit on our bike. Can you sit in drag racers cars?
T1A we usual have a fire/smores/and are often times visited by Don Julio on Sat night. Don may be taking a night off and venturing over to Boston Moto.

a word of caution...when in the infield, be careful which racers you hang around. talk to the wrong one for too long and you will inevitably find yourself on a slippery slope twords trackdays, and race bikes. half the guys in the penguine classes "just came up to watch" once upon a time.
haha +1 on what weasel said.....
I'm right behind ziptie alley...in garage 23. #622...come say hi![]()
Are spectators allowed to camp in the infield? If so is there a time that I need to be there by? I've got a track day on Monday and figure it's the perfect excuse to spend the days before hanging out and watching the races. I'll be with my trailer and truck tent so I'm hoping to at least be able to get the truck in for the evenings.

Come to the races to pick up a $20 rainsuit... go home with a $2,500 SV. Been there, done that.
Motomarket? I'll be there shaking down the SV and the rider.I've got a track day on Monday and figure it's the perfect excuse to spend the days before hanging out and watching the races.
