Reg Question?

I pre-entered for the next event. But do to the fact I can barely walk I will not be on the race bike until the May 30th event. Anybody know How I cancel my reg ? It would be great if They did not charge my Card, or if they charge just give me credit for the next event. I have had no luck Emailing wanda before does anybody a Working Email address for her?

2.5. CREDITS: If you must cancel a pre-entry, you must notify NHMS, in writing by either fax or email (wdumas@nhms.com)
prior to the opening of registration on the Friday night preceding the event. No-shows will not receive refunds or credits
towards another event. There will be no changes to entries once registration has closed on the day of the race.
There will be absolutely no refunds or credits for any reason once a bike goes through Tech. unless a request for action
form is completed and handed in before the close of the event. The action taken will be determined by the office personal.
Dishonored checks may be cause for a fine and immediate suspension from further competition. Fines will be from
$25.00 to $100.00 and suspensions will be at the discretion of the Referee or Race Director. Check writing privileges will
be withdrawn from chronic offenders or those who prove to be reluctant to quickly redeem any outstanding balances.

For the Record:

Not being able to race this weekend Sux, I am starting to feel the withdrawl already. Its only Thursday, Last year I did the first 3 Events with a broken collarbone. I dont want to screw up like that again this year

They Charged Me, I sent her an Email on Monday.

I think the Accounting Dept at the track actully Does the charging on Pre-entries and Wanda issues the credits.

I will be spectating on Sunday so I will ask her.
