This site pretty much sucks ass now. Nuthin but a bunch of bitchin goin on. I feel bad for Derek. A year ago things were so positive, now look at it.

I know that if it wasn't for NESR a few of us would have never started racing. I know I wouldn't have!

I can say, I did meet some geniune people last year, but some are shady, that's just the way it is.

Honestly Derek, If I could race this year I would be sportin NESR colors, and we would be whippin some CPR ass!

First of all it's all in good fun!!! We all are great friends and it's only ball busting. If anyone takes us serious I feel bad. When we are at the track it's all of us together racing, drinking, eating and having a blast together! Don't take what is said on here for anything.

Good to see you posting now if we can only get you to race again!

I take as bad a beating on this site as anyone and I don't take it personally. I think most of the people that don't know the relationship between these people misunderstand the ball busting because it is, for the most part, very personal and brutal. Then again we could fix everything if you just got rid of that NASTY three letter word..........K-I-P. There will never be such a master shit stirrer to replace him.

Lets not be so damn surreal. This is a forum where, for the most part, poeple all know eachother and interact. We (CPR) don't act any differently in person....But~ Know this, ..It's all in good fun. It helps the time pass.

I like everyone here....I like the site.....Ilike the poeple who make the site what it is.

Would you feel any better if every thread was a hommage to NESR for something or other?

I f I am part of "The Problem" please ,do let me know before you "get to 1".
Posting here or on Gixxer is 6 and 1/2 a dozen to me. I know plenty of poeple there too. Who'm I personally like also.

and if it would help to alleviate what ever problem there seems to be here, I will take my posting habits there.

OK, for those without a high school diploma:

This is the PIT AREA, for discussion about racing.

The other forum is OFF TOPIC for people to badmouth each other, cause ill feeling, arouse the suspicions of the law and make threats.

I don't see what is hard to follow.

...and on the comments about the pit area for NESR only, that's just bullshit. The forum USED to be called "NESR RACING". After a request from Collision Pros for their own forum it was changed to PIT AREA for all race team discussions. I think that is a pretty neat gesture on Jay's part seeing as he pays for the site and all the aggravation involved with running it. I for one am glad to see CPR on this site but it would be very easy to change it back to NESR racing forum and just block anyone from discussing other teams if that is what we wanted, but we don't. All we are asking for is people not to cause mayhem with the site and that particular forum. Also, has anyone stopped to think why no-one else posts in the pit area? I have PM's and emails from many many people on the site and visitors from racing organisations and sponsors stating that they aren't interested in going in there anymore because of the childish crap that it is filled with. This will stop.

Contrary to what some people think, NESR is not the personal playground for the chosen few, it is not a democracy either. If anyone has a problem with that then they can go play on some other site where I can promise that they will be even more closely monitored.

Everyone who runs a motorcycle related website knows who the board-hoppers are and are ready to put a stop to the insults and attacks.

I fully agree with EVERYTHING in the above post Degs. But THIS part of it is what's really getting me. I've gotten a TON of PM's lately from members complaining about this area, and how it's impossible to find out what's going on, on any given race weekend...

It's not our sole purpose to single any one out. But when a simple thread thanking NESR Racing supporters turns into an endless sea of banter by people who have nothing to do with it, it kinda just underlines the point we're trying to get across here...

Bottom line is, this area will be far more heavily moderated now...

Gary...how to hell are you? I miss having you around the pits, man ! You were one of the very few that didn't have a line of BS a mile long and a hidden agenda. I hope nothing but the best for you.

I too am pretty sick of this "good natured ball busting" that has significantly increased in the last few months. I am now embarassed to recommend this site to anyone I am trying to recruit to help with the team, whether it's a potential sponsor or crew member. Sure, those of us who have been around the site long enough know the people making the comments and can take them for what they are worth. Anyone new to the site would likely form a less than optimal opinion of all of us.

I for one vote for a new forum area, maybe named "Ball Busting Drivel" or something. That way, we can get back to posting someting actually useful in the "Pit" area and people will actually be able to find it.

I seems that all forums go through a cycle where the tolerance of the participants and the moderators are stretchedthin.

I, for one, am not open to sensorship (and don't like to get involved in internet bickering) but I do believe a line has now been crossed. The overwhelming point here is that there are owners to this site and respecting their requests is a pre-requisite to calling yourself a member. When physical threats of violence are made, it is time to step back and be rational. As Gordo said, the ballbreaking is only understood by a select few. It is very difficult to discern tone in an email. I know the CP guys very well (and the ribbing) and consider all of them friends....they all raced under the NESR banner not so long ago. The infighting resulting from week 1 racing needs to be settled directly between those involved. It does no one on list any good to publicize their dirty laundry to the member base. It really would be nice to see the "Pit Area" return to it's original focus.

Ya...things were a little boring in the pits during the first race weekend with no crashed bikes to work on. Spencer got all figity without much to do...you know how kids are...
