    Sat Nite 1/31 Racing in Winchendon..

    Copied from New England Dirt Riders...

    AMA Grand National Flat Track Champion Ken Coolbeth to race under the lights Saturday Night January 31 at the Wachusett Valley Riders Club on Rt 12 Winchendon MA. Kenny and several other top N.Y. riders are not only using the race as training for Daytona but to put some extra money in their pocket. With 2 classes to ride it’s double excitement for the fans. Along with Kenny and AMA Rookie of the year Matt Weidman, road racers Jeff and Eric Wood plus local young lion Shane, “Insane” Narbone will be mixing it up on the 1/5th mile ice oval.
    Gates open at 2, practice 4, races 4:30. AFTER 4 pm, kids under 16 free and adults are $10 each. Trophy presentation is at the Carriage House Restaurant. 978-874-1732

    They were watering down the track on my way back from work today. Looks nice and smooth, lots of ice!

    I may go check it out, only 8 minutes from my house.
