Do you personally run a skinnier size than normal or go with your regular sizes?
Curious...
I use a smaller rear tyre. That is also because the stock rims I use for rains are 4.5" instead of 5.5". This however seems to work very well for my bike and my riding style in the rain. Ahh the power of economics!

Just to add.... make sure you check the recommended psi for your specific tires. They are typically higher than your DOT's and if you run them too low you crash in T3...... twice..... in the same race...... just assume I have this information from a good source.
