wanda just emailed that if 25 people email her that they would commit to doing a full day open practice ON THURSDAY THE 3rd of october before the race weekend the track would do it. i emailed her with four people already . lets get it done.. last open of the year and legend cars

Where can I find info on the open practice? Racers only? Cost?

Here's the email

We have had numerous inquiries about having an Open Test on Thursday, Oct. 3rd; it is not currently on the schedule, however, if we can get 25 riders to commit to coming for a whole day of testing, we will make that day an Open Test. That is the number of full day sign ups we need to cover our expenses for the day. Which is why I am sending this email. If you would like us to have the Thursday before the last event of 2013 as an Open Test day, please confirm with me or Tommy by sending an email or calling the front window and leaving your name. If we can get enough riders to commit we will make it a test day.

If you are in, please let Tom Blanchette (TBlanchette@nhms.com, myself (WDumas@nhms.com) or the NHMS window staff (603) 513-5726 know no later than Saturday at 5 pm (Sept. 28th).

We will then announce the outcome on Sunday or Monday to let you know if we will or will not be having the test day.

"We have had a number of riders commit to the Open Test on Thursday, Oct. 3rd so we have decided it is a go! We will allow people to come in after 6:00 pm on Wednesday night, but you will need to pay the $10 gate fee per person for anyone 12 years of age or older. You will also need to pay for overnight camping ($15) if you plan on staying overnight on Wednesday and will need to pay for electricity ($10) if you need electricity overnight on Wednesday OR during the day on Thursday (tire warmers?).

These fees are good for Wednesday overnight only and do not cover you through the LRRS event; you will need to purchase additional camping/electricity and infield admission for the duration of the LRRS event.

The fees for track time are $150 per rider for a full day (9 am - noon & 1 pm to 5 pm); $100 per rider for half day morning (9 am to noon) or $100 per rider for half day afternoon (1pm to 5pm).

Please be sure to bring your license with you to the sign-up window.

We look forward to seeing you at the last Open Test for 2013 and the Final event for the GREAT LOUDON ROAD RACE SERIES!
