Just a little review.

The switch on my Pole Position rear tire warmer snapped off at my last trackday, I called Chicken Hawk Racing and spoke with a very helpful lady friday and asked about how long it might take since I had another event in a week. To my surprise she said "get it in the mail and I will tell the guys it is coming".

Today I got a call from Eric at CHR. He said he got my warmer and will try to do it today. A couple hours later and I get another call from Eric who says it is fixed and in the mail!

I will have my fixed warmer back tomorrow!

I just had to report the TERRIFIC customer service I recieved.

Those guys are great and thats part of why I will stick with them. I have another popular brand also and they burned through after some time. So I asked if I could drop them off/ship to be repaired and the response was a shoulder shrug and I was told they do not repair their warmers if they burn through. Alright....that settles the warmer wars for me. CHR do repairs and will get em back out to you asap if need be. They sponsor racers and are very racer oriented. Worth the xtra $ for me.
