i've fallen in love with the axo boots. they use the same b.o.a system as my snowboard boots. no fishing line real steal braided cable coated in clear plastic/rubber. Very comfortable on and off bike. Toe sliders that wrap around and are bolted on. they come in half sizes witch for me is big, i wear a 10 1/2 so i don't have to settle for a too loose 11 or too tight 10. With in the last 2 years i have beat the hell out of these boots and crashed i don't know how many times. The fact that they are still good is amazing. you can look them over right here> http://www.axo.com/us/collection/str...=white&size=7#
I also have Axo gloves, as well as Taichi gp-wrx and like them a lot but this summer and last While working with Miles from http://www.streetandcomp.com i got the chance to try on pretty much every glove and the Held Phantoms are awesome but believe it or not I actually Liked the Cortech scarab r.r gloves the absolute best! ( http://www.cortechperformance.com/im...lver_black.jpg ) now before anyone bugs out these gloves have, goat skin palm, titanium carbon impact zone coverage, triple cross stitch threw-out entire glove, pre molded fingers, and more. you got to see them. I mean when i opened the box first time these came in i thought they where going to be 200 or better maybe 300. I don't know how they did it but they are under 100$ i have no idea how. I know this may make you think they where cheaply built but they are not. try on a pair i know you will be impressed! they feel gooood on the hands first day.
Just to be completely honest i do have a Sponsorship from AXO but i would still tell you if i thought there product was a p.o.s. I get nothing for telling you my opinion of there product. I have no ties to Cortech what so ever.
