    Re: Tire weight

Weight issues aside, the bigger concern should be how the bike will handle with the 160 vs the 180. The 180 is a big hunk of rubber on a 60HP bike.

Unless the rear profile is very triangular, that 180 will not allow the small bike to turn nearly as well as the 160 will on the 4.5-5.00 inch rim.

Pirelli makes the 150 diablo rear. The ex guys use it.

??? Where did all the fast guys go? Used to be you needed 16s to win. 18s to get near the podium...

    I finally raced this year!

Just not at Loudon... I'm not the tire-selection-by-weight type either way.
