    T1a North Garage 10 looking for renters

    Cliffs:
    2 Spots all 8 weekends $280 (5 people in the Garage)
    or
    1 Spot, all 8 weekends $350 (4 People in the Garage)
    1 Intermittent spot (Mine, weekends I am not there ($75 each) May 29/30, Aug 7/8 and October 2/3 dates for rent.

    OR

    All weekends, 2 spots per weekend $80
    1 Intermittent spot (Mine) $75 May 29/30, Aug and October.

    North Garage 10 is kinda short a few occupants.

    If you have ever wanted to be in a garage now is you chance!

    The Garage is $1400 for the season. There are already 2 people in for the entire year. (Chris 7.62giggawatts and Scott SMF).

    I am in but I doubt I will make more than 4 weekends, leaving 4 weekends to rent out my spot.

    There is till at least 1 Full year available at $350 or we can start taking applications to rent the spot on a race weekend basis.

    With only 4 people in the garage you don't have to worry about power or parking! No setting up an Easy Up, Have nice dry bike on those rainy weekends, Hear all the race calls in your Garage! A short walk to the awards, Riders meeting, Cornerworker BarBQ and bathrooms/showers! Feel like a Pro! Rent a garage today!

    Disclaimer: Actully Pro feelings may vary, There MAY be a weekend where we squeeze up to 8 bikes in the garage but that will be VERY Rare and everyone will be paying $80 per and that money will be split between the fully paid garage mates.

    you forgot to mention that it's next to Ziptie Alley. last season they were giving away complimentary shivs

    oh, and we might have room for 2 more people. if so the cost for the entire year goes down again (1400/5 = 280, 1400/4 = 350).
