Oh yes you can, Race director his final say. Dunno if he would, but given the effort they've gone through to keep motardish like machines from participating I wouldn't get one for the endurance race without talking to the race director first.

It goes above the Race Director. Bob Coy, founder and owner of USCRA, phased out Motards some years back. Bob is a vintage purist, and he doesn't feel that Motards fit in his vision of what vintage racing is all about. A couple of the guys who raced the Motards when they were legal opened up Boxshop Speedway over in Maine after they were written out of the rules.
There are people who are lobbying for classes for newer bikes, but there is resistance to that for the time being. One of the lines stops at single rear shocks.

I've been thinking about it. Aaron offered me the Starter's job back at the beginning, but I have a full plate as it is. He picks my brains from time to time. Last year I steered him towards radio equipment for the track.

Had a blast as the crash truck last year to, I think that was over looked lol. Every time they said over the scanner that they needed one we just gave Paul the thumbs up in the sky box and headed out and we would here a thank you on the scanner lol. Good thing we at Low Down are trained professional corner workers lol and not on your corner KB
