I've always had Good helmet/GP gloves/ Icon jacket, Then last season I won the track day from TTD (from some raffle on a whim, didnt expect to win, just supporting the cause) and thought I would only do one. So I bought the textile pants & boots from New Enough for the TTD......Just to get me by.

Now look at me I am a mess!!!!

Scrounging all the $$ i can for Track time & tires & parts... Just bought a track bike off Ryan N.....Bought me and the kids Dirt Bikes and am completely broke now!..(have some left over for kids gear first).LOL (wasn't easy getting all this with the wife giving me the EVIL EYE!)..LOL

My plan was to do a couple Track days this year, get used to the new track bike, and try racing towards the end of season after the Penguin school to get my feet wet....Then try it full on next year after I get some GOOD GEAR...

This Hobby is FUCKING EXPENSIVE I tell ya!!!!

I think you can ride at Tonys without a full leather suit as long as it is a bike specific suit. At least you could in the past Ive seen them out there.

Yup, That is what I used last year. well pants were textile. Jacket was leather.

Yep... same deal as last year.

Quality motorcycle gear, whether Leather or Textile, should survive one crash.

The difference is that a quality leather suit will survive numerous crashes.

So wearing good textile to a TTD is fine, but if you go down, you might not be able to continue riding in that gear for the rest of the day.
