Tard is ready. SV just needs body work and tires mounted. Street and Comp finally got my order right and to me. All I need to do is rivet the new De Zuess or whatever you call the damn things and I'm good. Shake it down in Jersey and then give Kates my left nut to do the suspension.
KB
just finished mine today, bringing it back to NH from RI tomorrow before work......relieved
I Just finished changing the oil and changed the coolant to water. Bolts are checked and safety wired. My body work isn't painted and I'm not happy with my front wheel alignment/spacer situation. Updates to follow?
RMZs ready
EX is not
Scrambling.
Took the covers off them yesterday.
EX500: Dug all the grass and dirt out of it from the last race last year, bent the rearset back into place (love those woodcrafts-that's like the fourth time and it just keeps going back into shape), changed the plugs, found a bad spark plug wire, cleaned the air filter, changed the oil, and used up a bunch of zip ties.
SV650: Changed oil, attempting to put stock exhaust on (that thing is gonna pogo me in 10), changed jetting. Still 2 weeks no problem!
Superbike should be ready to go, maybe change oil and coolant
PT bike...well...its at the shop right now. its not even close to being started let alone close to being done
Only things left to do
Put brake fluid in the EX (Might skip this step, probably not needed)
Get new tires and numberplates for the RMZ.
Base colors are on the body work. Still have to spray number plates and clear. Ordered new front axel, spacers, speedo drive, bearings and pinch bolts this morning. Still gotta wrestle with the fairing stay a bit cause i'm not happy with the way the body work sits on the bike.
well... if you get faster, you may need the brakes.
:stupid:
drilling rest of safety wire tonight, put on chain, shave down case guard so sprocket/chain fit, put on numbers/graphics, drain engine ice coolant out and kick her to life.
Pretty sure Noel has Sharkskinz.
Also pretty sure he's going to be a perfectionist about the bodywork fitment, and realize what's the point because you'll be stuck bending sh*t back in place the rest of the season ;)
Marbles?

Yep. There's a place by my house... Valley Motorsports that carries number plates. Just go into any dirt bike shop and ask for number plates. Their a dime a dozen for those guys.
BTW: nice "marbles" photo.
Waiting till the TTD track day for a new front tire (gotta talk to the BM folks) and I'm waiting for the mailman to deliver me my new Syed suit. The body parts should be out of the spray booth this week. Other than that I'm pretty much ready for the track.
Just gotta check the oil and tire pressure and I'm ready for the street.
Now all I need is to finish up all the other crap I've gotta do!
Nope. Still not together.
Yo, a good friend of mine who did my custom graphics is doing numberplates and such as well. If you want a numberplate background/numbers one piece thing done up let me know, he'd appreciate your business. It'll look alot better and be nice and easy to clean without scraping numbers off...and you should have it look nice since you are #505:madfrown:
