well if your at a drag strip and focusing on winning the race why would you having galfer brake lines matter?
I would say your bike would win, but from my days of racing my mustangs up there it all depends on the driver (or rider in this case) so who gets the best R/T and 40' time and who doesnt miss a shift will probably win IMO. If you can't do that stuff well doesn't matter how fast your bike is.
I copy and pasted. Took out things like the corbin seat. I guess I missed something lo

its all about the rider!!!!and i did teach you how to ride years ago when i let your dumb ass drop my gsxr 1000!whos the squid now?
Ok... Same rider.... Whats a faster machine in the 1/4 mile?

Stock to Stock I believe the GSXR is faster. With the Mods i would bet the CBR would win.
High 9's
Who gives a damn about what bike is quicker over the quarter. The latest literbikes (even 5 year old literbikes) are all so quick that no one who reads this will be good enough to ride one anywhere near its capabilities. Not even on the track. (Well except a couple guys on the forum but I doubt they will read this)
You'll never use all the power...![]()

With all the drag mods to the CBR, I sure as hell hope that bike would win.

I think the best mod that was done to the Honda to make it quick was the extended swingarm/lowering link. Just easier to launch.
depends on the riders.
but bike for bike, it sounds the CBR has the Edge.
If you can't Race it or take it to bed, it's not worth having..
Epic Beard Man on the CBR FTW
Cbr would win. If it is your bike go up 2 more teath on gearing
Why ask the stupid question in the first place? Get your ass to the strip and find out for yourself. As others have already said, much depends on the rider. You are only as quick as your weakest asset.

Just agree with Doc, it'll make him feel better.
i agree with Mondo... Chuck norris would kick anythings ass in the 1/4 mile... but that poses the question... what if clone chuck norris's were the riders of both bikes... then who would win?![]()
