I'm thinking of getting some 17" wheels for my new Husky so I can ride it on the street some. I got a good price on a complete set of new wheels, they're made by warp 9. Are these things any good? I most likely will just cruise around on the back roads, but there will probably be a track day thrown in there, shit...maybe even some races if the bike feels good. So anyway, am I wasting money on these?
It's $1200 for the complete wheels with rotors, a sprocket, Pilot Powers mounted, a chain, and a bracket for the brake. seems pretty fuckin cheap to me, but what the fuck do I know. this was supposed to just be a dirt bike.
I posted this in the pit area because everyone else can suck a dick.
I had a set on the 250x I motarded. I thought they were heavy but good.
They can't hold a candle to Excel or Hahn but you get what you pay for... they worked for my purpose and would buy again.

I have two sets of them on my bikes. Overall I'm happy with the wheels and good bang for the buck. The front rotors are craptastic so plan on upgrading to a floating rotor.
